Iterated on visual flame + smoke collision and behaviour
Lowered delay on yellow fireball flames.
Disabled shadow casting and lowered light range a little bit on Fireball, to stop it tanking FPS.
Stopgap fix until whole effect is replaced.

Nixed flame_jet atlas, not needed
